- If your child is entering Kindergarten and needs IMMUNIZATIONS, there is a series that must be obtained by the first day of school.
- If your child does not have insurance, we have Certified Application Assistants who can help you fill out health insurance applications.
- If your child already has insurance and you would like to be transferred to our clinic...WE CAN HELP!
